The staff of the MEPhI Department of Automatics, has developed modeling software for the software-technical complex of the new full-scale simulator (PMT-3) RoAES for JSC "VNIIAES". Set of the equipment PMT-3 provided by JSC "VNIIAES" and FSUE "UEMZ" at the Rostov NPP and transferred to the Assembly in December 2015.

The simulator includes a full-scale simulator block and the backup control room (MCR and ECR) of the unit № 3 of Rostov NPP, the modeling computer system with a fully integrated full-scale models of physical processes in technological systems unit and full-scale models of their management systems, communication devices of computer modeling of complex PMT-3 with simulators BPS/BCS, workstations, instructors, as well as systems for audio video monitoring and recording.

PMT-3 is designed to educate leading engineers management unit, the shift unit and other personnel of the nuclear power station.
