Based on the results of entrance examinations, Rossotrudnichestvo officers or the Russian embassy officials form a list of candidates for training in the Russian Federation. The information on the results of entrance examinations and the full list of documents can be published on the official website of the Rossotrudnichestvo office or the Russian embassy or can be sent to candidates. Applicants will receive a registration number by e-mail to access the Russia-edu.ru information system in order to be able to track the status of their application |

MEPhI Admission Commission
There is an opportunity to be enrolled to MEPhI on an equal basis with citizens of the Russian Federation for the following individuals:
- citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan
- citizens of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova, Turkmenistan, the Republic of Georgia, permanently residing in the territory of Russia

Olympiads
Today, many Olympiads are organized in Russia, in which everyone has the right to take part free of charge. Mostly the right to enter any Russian university is given only by a victory in the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren and Olympiads of I, II and III levels, which are included in the list of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia.
Successful results of participation in the Olympiad (the status of a prize-winner or winner) gives an applicant the opportunity to either be enrolled in a university without an admission examinations, or count them as the maximum score for the Unified State Exam in the major subject of the Olympiad. The type of privilege directly depends on the level of the Olympiad and the status of the participant (prize-winner or winner). Each Russian university has the right to decide for itself which benefit to provide.
All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren
Organizers: the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia.
Participants: Russian and international schoolchildren studying in Russian organizations of secondary general education.
Benefits: The winners and prize-winners of the All-Russian Olympiad finals are enrolled without entrance examinations.
Rosatom Subject Olympiad in Physics and Mathematics for schoolchildren
Organizers: MEPhI and the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM.
Participants: Students of 7-11 forms (grades) who are mastering general (basic and secondary) education in Russia and foreign countries. It is a multilevel Olympiad: I level (physics), II level (mathematics).
Benefits: The winners of the final (full-time) round can count on benefits for admission to Russian universities.
Joint Interuniversity Mathematical Olympiad for Schoolchildren
Organizers: a group of universities, including RUDN University, National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University, the Far Eastern Federal University, the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin and others.
Participants: Students of the 11th grade who are mastering general (basic and secondary) education in Russia and foreign countries.
Benefits: Winners can count on benefits when entering Russian universities.
