The List of Documents for Admission

Passport copy, including all pages containing relevant personal information;

Medical certificate issued by an official healthcare authority confirming that the applicant has no contraindications for studying in the Russian Federation;
-
Negative HIV/AIDS test certificate issued by an official healthcare authority;
-
Original and copy of educational certificates/diplomas together with transcripts listing studied subjects and grades received;
-
Certified Russian translations of all educational and official documents issued in a foreign language.
Requirements for Foreign Documents
Foreign documents intended for use in the Russian Federation must comply with Russian legal requirements.
Depending on the country where the document was issued, documents may require:

apostille certification;
-
consular legalization;
-
or no legalization, if an international agreement with the Russian Federation applies.
All foreign documents (except passports) must be accompanied by a notarized Russian translation. The translation must include the full text of the document, including stamps, seals, and apostilles.
The spelling of the applicant’s name in all translated documents must match the passport and Russian visa.
It would also be useful to provide:

the academic program you are applying for;

your level of Russian language proficiency.
