Research interests: Mathematical theory of nuclear reactors, mathematical methods for processing uncertain data, statistical methods for solving ill-posed problems, including methods for taking into account additional information about the desired solutions.

A candidate for postgraduate study must be proficient at the level of a graduate of a master's degree in the methods of the following disciplines:

  • optimization methods;
  • theory of probability and mathematical statistics;
  • computational mathematics;
  • know modern programming languages.
