Dear students!
In connection with the entry into force of the new Federal Law No. 274-FZ dated 1 July 2021, all foreign citizens (except for citizens of the Republic of Belarus) who entered the Russian Federation later than on 29 December 2021 are required to undergo fingerprint registration, photographing and a medical examination.
All students who arrived later than on 29 December 2021 (as well as those who plan to travel outside the Russian Federation for holidays) must complete the above mentioned procedures within 90 calendar days from the date of entry into the Russian Federation.
1. Medical examination can be passed in specialized medical organizations. The list of such on the website: https://www.mos.ru/dzdrav/
2. You can provide the results of a medical examination for fingerprinting and photography:
- in a territorial division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow (the address and working hours are being specified and will be announced later)
- in the Multifunctional Migration Center of the city of Moscow (Moscow, Voronovskoye village, 64th km of Varshavskoe highway, precinct 1, bld. 47) (on a “first-come, first serve” basis, the service cost is 1,000 rubles). It is also possible to undergo a medical examination here.
- in the subdivision of the State Budgetary Institution “Migration Center” (Moscow, 18 Bakhrushina St. (building 1); a visit is possible by appointment on the website of the Migration Center; the service cost 10,000 rubles)
