Faculty and experts of  MEPhI won on a competitive basis 17 grants in the following research areas:

  • Fundamental research and exploratory research by individual research groups
  • Fundamental research and exploratory research by teams of existing research laboratories (departments)
  • Fundamental research and exploratory research in priority topical research areas
  • Investigations involving young candidates of science
  • Research in small groups under the guidance of leading Russian and foreign scientists
