MEPhI Student Office includes a co-working space with a meeting area and a one-stop service that will gradually provide all physical copies of digital documents as needed.

For your convenience, MEPhI Student Office provides an opportunity to reserve meeting rooms.

• name,
• phone number,
• e-mail for booking confirmation,
• purpose of reservation (indicate the format of an event and equipment needed in the comments section).

After filling in all the required fields, a letter will be sent to your e-mail box confirming or rejecting the reservation.

The student office is equipped with two meeting rooms, each of which can accommodate from 1 to 6 people.

A meeting room #1 has a large table, comfortable chairs, and a flip chart at your disposal. For greater comfort, it is equipped with air conditioning.

A meeting room #2 is equipped with a table, comfortable sofas, a flip chart and several air conditioners.

Both meeting rooms provide the opportunity to show presentations.
