Each of 9 finalists of the IV annual contest “The Best lecturer – student of Nuclear lectures” has made a presentation on one of the topical problems of atomic science and technology. Students presented their reports to the audience and the jury.
Participants addressed various aspects of nuclear technology such as nuclear medicine, space installations, advanced energy reactors, etc. The contest aroused great interest among first-year students attended the event as spectators.
A 4th year student Maksim Korolev became the winner of the contest. He presented a report on the nuclear icebreaker fleet. Also among winners there are Ivan Kryukov with a presentation on “Application of nuclear industry technologies in spacecraft” and Vladislav Romanenko, whose report outlined questions of radiation safety.
The winners were awarded with diplomas and prizes. All finalists were recommended to join the Nuclear society of Russia.
The best speakers will be invited for further cooperation with the Nuclear society and MEPhI in the promotion of nuclear technologies among students and pupils of Moscow schools.
