On the 30th of November 2015 a prominent scientist, Professor of the University of Basel (Switzerland), the founder of the Worldwide Ethics network Christoph Stückelberger has given a lecture on “Ethics of innovation” in MEPhI.

For a long time Professor Stückelberger has been actively working with the University. Long-standing scientific ties unite him with the head of the MEPhI Department №72 “Business projects management”, the head of the Institute of Economic Strategies of Russian Academy of Sciences A.I. Ageev.

Christoph Stückelberger prepared a unique performance for University students, where he thematically covered the main value aspects of high-tech sector, which is very important for the nuclear University.

Mr. Stückelberger positively responded to the proposal of MEPhI on further cooperation. He signed the agreement with University, becoming the invited foreign Professor of MEPhI (the Center for humanitarian studies and technologies, Department №53 “Sociology and humanitarian culture”). Professor Stückelberger agreed to hold several special courses and seminars, to organize exchanges of students and lecturers between MEPhI and Swiss universities (Basel, Zurich), to become a co-host and participate in several international conferences in MEPhI.
