The website of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation has published the minutes of the Contest Commission on the selection of universities-winners and their programs for development of student associations, implemented in 2016.

The meeting approved the list of universities-winners of the Competition, which includes the National Research Nuclear University “MEPhI”. All these universities will receive additional funding from the Federal budget on realization of programs for development of student associations' activities.

The competition is aimed at development of student associations in institutions of higher education and at increasing the role of students in modernization of higher education, in solution of social and economic problems in cities, regions and countries.

The Contest is organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
