The staff of the Center for Extreme Applied Electronics (CPE) of the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI conducted a series of experimental studies at the ISKRA station for the first time in Russia, developed with their direct participation.

The ISKRA station is one of the elements of the NIKA accelerator complex at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR) in Dubna. Experimental studies of ECB products to assess their resistance to heavy charged particles are possible at the station.
Due to the high energies of the accelerated ions (150...500 MeV/nucleon), research at the station can be carried out without opening the chip housings (decapsulation). The first original research results have been obtained, which will be used in the preparation of reporting materials as part of the implementation of the ARIADNA collaboration's megascience program.
