Representatives of the Moscow site of MEPhI and the Obninsk Institute for Nuclear Power Engineering (OINPE) are taking part in the Forum of Foreign graduates of Soviet and Russian universities representing the education and healthcare systems of African countries.

The Forum takes place on October 7-8 in Dar es Salaam and brings together representatives of the diplomatic corps, government authorities of the United Republic of Tanzania, and heads of the World Association of Graduates of Soviet and Russian Universities.

There are also many foreign graduates of the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI among the guests of the forum. The forum's discussion platforms are dedicated to the development of scientific and educational cooperation with African countries, industrial and educational partnership, and the role of the Alumni Association in strengthening scientific and educational partnership.

The event is organized by the federal agency Rossotrudnichestvo with the support of the State Corporation Rosatom and Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI".

The mephists presented the university's programs and projects in the field of international cooperation in the field of personnel training for the nuclear industry, and shared MEPhI's experience in working with the younger generation of foreign graduates.
