The Interfax information group has presented results of the XVI National University Ranking for 2025. This rating has been issued since 2010 and is one of the two most well-known and prestigious national university rankings. MEPhI is in second place!

The rating study assessed the activities of 480 universities in Russia according to six parameters: education, research, social environment, collaboration, innovation and entrepreneurship, and brand. The National Research Nuclear University MEPhI took the 2nd place among Russian universities. It is important to note that our University has taken high positions in all the areas of activity under consideration.

This rating examines the largest number of university performance indicators (more than 50) compared to other well-known ratings.
