The Student Scientific Society (SSS) of MEPhI is recognized as the best in Russia according to the results of the Russian national award "Student of the Year 2021".

The best student scientific societies of the regions of Russia competed in four areas: self-presentation of the association, social design, defense of the implemented project and an interview with the chairman.

The Student Scientific Society of MEPhI received the right to represent Moscow after winning the "Moscow Student of the Year 2021" regional competition.

The main task of the Student Scientific Society is to create comfortable conditions for the development of the scientific and research potential of students, as well as to increase their interest in science, says Agniya Borodina, chairman of the SSS.

"The " Student of the Year - 2021" award is a qualitatively new assessment of the activities of our SSS. We are especially pleased to receive this title at the end of the Year of Science and Technology," she said.
