I congratulate you on the 75-th birthday of the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.

From the first days, the University has become the center for the development of advanced scientific thought and training of highly skilled specialists for strategically important sectors of the domestic economy, including the nuclear industry. Within its walls there were serious research activities, development and implementation of the most innovative solutions.

Today, as all of the past decades, MEPhI is famous for its strong traditions, competent teachers, gifted and enthusiastic students. And therefore, his diploma is the evidence of deep, thorough knowledge, and a reliable start in life.

I am convinced that the University will steadily continue to be one of the leaders of higher professional education not only in our country but also abroad, to help talented, motivated young people to find their vocation.
