The Deputy Chairman of Russian Federation Government Olga Golodets and the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation O.Yu. Vasilieva have awarded the prize of Russian Government in the field of education in 2016. The solemn ceremony was held at the Government House.
Prizes were awarded for scientific and methodological development of a comprehensive methodology for the selection and training of qualified personnel of international level in the field of information technology, for the development of complex of educational and scientific-methodical publications for the system of psycho-pedagogical education, and for the creation of new educational publications for educational programs in the field of dentistry.

An employee of the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, Professor at the Department of micro- and nanoelectronics of the Institute of nanotechnology in electronics, spintronics and photonics G.I. Zebrev is among the winners; he was awarded for a complex scientific-methodical manuals and scientific and educational publications “Physics, technology, devices and circuits of modern micro- and nanoelectronics”.
“The award of the Government is, first of all, a well-deserved recognition of your activities by society. I'm sure that in the future you will be the most active participants of the educational process, who you are already today. I think we will have more effective system of education in Russia,” said the Minister, addressing the audience.
The competition for the awards was attended by leading teams and researchers of the country: in total 99 teams, including scientists and lecturers from Central, Siberian, Northwestern, Volga, Southern, Ural and Far Eastern Federal districts.
