Project «Social navigator» of МIА “Rossiya Segodnya” and “Typical enrollee” represented the second research, based on student reviews (“internet leaks”) about work of their universities. In their commentaries, students evaluated the most significant factors for them: teaching staff, quality of lecture material, the manner of presentation, technical equipment of the university, corruption and others. This year to the previous criteria there added presence of free time and legitimate expectations.

MEPhI, which last year took the third place by the number of students’ positive reviews, elevated to the second place of the ranking. The achieved result speaks about the success of the university scientific-educational student-oriented policy.

This year, 438 pages of the text, written by 600 students, were analysed. The reviews refer to 85 largest universities of Russia, from FEFU to Sevastopol University. According to the research, top 5 of Russian higher education leaders include Kutafin MSAL, MEPhI, St. Petersburg State University, MGIMO, RANEPA.

According to the supervisor of the Project «Social navigator» Natalia Tyurina, the positive ranking is firstly made for enrollees to recommend them educational institutions, where students are satisfied with their university. And also for university employees, who should know that they move in the right direction, and students are satisfied with their work and are proud of their universities.
