From January, 24 tо 26, 2017 Rosatom Corporate Academy conducted the Second conference of AtomSkills experts. The conference was held on the basis of MEPhI Moscow Industrial College. The aim of the conference was to determine experts, prepare protocols of judging and tasks for conducting AtomSkills Championship in June, 2017 in Ekaterinburg. The work of the conference was conducted in 8 working groups: design engineer, technical engineer, radiation supervisor, NDT specialist, reparations of mechanical equipment, construction engineer, electric wiring, machine-tool operator, laboratory-chemical analysis, and scientist. As the result of the group work, main experts, their deputies, technical experts were determined, the judgement order has been developed, the structure of workplace has been defined, and competition tasks were prepared.

More than 150 specialists from Rosatom State Corporation, representing all Rosatom divisions, took part in the conference. 9 employees and teachers (from departments 1, 2, 18, 26, 34 and laboratory  346) from MEPhI took part in it from different divisions, 2 specialists from educational department acted as guests, organizational part of the conference was successfully carried out by Moscow Industrial College specialists. All MEPhI representatives participated in work by competences, got certificates of AtomSkills experts, entered Rosatom expert community and got possibility of forming teams of MEPhI students for participation in AtomSkills contests.

Currently, MEPhI subdivisions, participating in AtomSkills events, prepare teams of students, experts-supervisors, experts-methodologists, define contents and places of internship of experts and participants for getting practical skills in external organisations.
