The Congress will become an area of communication for young supervisors of research and enterprise projects, laboratories and scientific groups, representatives of councils of young scientists and student scientific societies, and representatives of development institutes and public authorities. The Adviser of the President of the RF Andrey Fursenko, the Head of the Federal agency of scientific organizations Mikhail Kotyukov and others will take part in the events of the congress. The events are held under the support of the Ministry of education and science of the RF.

The main task of the congress is to form the mechanisms and events for their introduction to the realization plan of the strategy of scientific-technological development of the RF. The results of the work of the Congress will be represented to the Council under the President of the RF in science and education.

The speakers together with the Congress participants will be searching for the answers to relevant questions of personnel supply of scientific-technological development:

• how to early detect talented youth, involve them to the science and technology?
• what is required to build successful career in R&D?
• how to become a successful CEO in technology?
• what is required for successful combination of personal scientific, engineering, and enterprise interests of Russian scientific-technical development?
• how to help talents realise ambitions and interests in global digital world?

The VII All-Russian meeting of councils of young scientists and specialists will be held as a part of the congress.
