Moscow-area Military patriotic Park of Culture and Rest of Armed forces of the RF “Patriot” a new exhibition pavilion, which by different means of visualization reflects nuclear energy events from first discoveries to our days, has started its work. The exposition has been realized due to fruitful cooperation of the 12th Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation with enterprises of nuclear industry and MEPhI.
Chaotic pendulum, nuclear warhead of an aerodynamic rocket, nuclear warhead of a torpedo, nuclear air bomb – these and other exhibit items will provoke interest among a wide range of people. And, for sure, among young people, such as MEPhI students, in and patriotic.
Many of our students will visit the exhibition, but some have become volunteers-guides, enthusiastically speaking about nuclear exhibition items.
On September, 9 the exhibition was visited by the Head of the 12th Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Y.G.Sych and MEPhI rector M.N.Strikhanov, who thoroughly watched the exposition and exchanged opinions about prospects of its further enhancement and integration into patriotic and professionally oriented work with students. The next day schoolchildren came to the exhibition – participants of traditional Atommetings, organized by our universities together with “Rosatom” state corporation.
This is a great start for such useful and interesting event as exposition “Atom at Motherland service”!
