On June, 15th, traditionally several days earlier than other universities, MEPhI has started accepting applications from enrollees. Very soon a full-scale enrollment campaign will take place.
MEPhI popularity among school leavers is growing each day. For the last year our university has strengthened its positions in national and international rankings. According to the version of RAEX (RA Expert) and “Interfax”, MEPhI is among three best Russian universities, it has been acknowledged as the best Russian university in engineering and technical sciences.
MEPhI is participating in state program 5-100. Hard work on improvement and modernization of its scientific and educational activity allows our university to compete with leading universities of the world. MEPhI has become one of the top-100 best world scientific-educational centres in specialized subject rankings QS, THE and ARWU. This is a confirmation of competitive advantages of the university on its way to the global leadership in the field of technical education.
According to the results of the “Social navigator” project and “Typical enrollee” portal, made on the feedback and comments of the students themselves, MEPhI has also been acknowledged as one of the best Russian universities. Among the advantages MEPhI students have named the complexity of studying, the teachers’ interest, good state of buildings and equipment, a large number of famous graduates, high university positions in rankings and nice atmosphere in it, in general.
MEPhI graduates are traditionally in demand on labour market. For instance, according to the research of «SuperJob for students» portal, our university has become the second according to the level of salaries of graduates working in IT-sphere.
High positions of the leading Russian engineering-technical university in world and national rankings raise the interest to applying there, which is reflected on the growing number of enrollees. Considering this fact, employees of the enrollment campaign have thoroughly prepared for it and are waiting for talented young people in the university.
