“SuperJob for students” service has represented a ranking of technical universities of Russia in 2016 judging by the level of salaries of graduates working in the sphere of IT. According to the data of the research, National Research Nuclear University MEPhI IT-graduates are among the highest-paid specialists in Russia, and the university itself has become the second among Russian universities in terms of this feauture.

The ranking has been made on the basis of comparison of average income of graduates of Russian universities of 2010-2015. Salaries of the university graduates who do not live in Moscow have been corrected considering regional coefficients up to the level of the Moscow labour market.

According to the results of the rating, the level of salaries of young specialists, who graduated from MEPhI in 2010-2015 and work in the sphere of IT, has reached 100.000 roubles in Moscow. As the services has noted, the average points received at the Unified State Examination in the university in 2015, have become one of the highest – 90 points, 87 % of the “nuclear university” graduates decided to stay in the city of education.
