Goal
The event is dedicated to facilitate mutually beneficial cooperation in terms of providing Rosatom partner countries with highly qualified personnel and creating an effective national infrastructure for managing and regulating the program for the peaceful use of atomic energy.
Aims
- to raise students' awareness of the main areas of activity of ROSATOM abroad;
- to inform foreign students about the development of nuclear projects in their countries and organizations involved in the implementation of the project as potential employers;
- to establish direct communication between foreign students and potential employers;
- to raise students' awareness of the main activities of organizations in partner countries: NEPIO, regulators, national atomic energy commissions, nuclear infrastructure organizations;
- to form for graduates the understanding of the requirements for the competencies necessary to work at the enterprises of the nuclear industry in the partner countries;
- to increase the motivation of specialized candidates for employment at the enterprises of the nuclear industry;
- to form a career trajectory and a conscious choice of a future employer;
- to meet potential employers;
- to form an idea of the requirements for the candidate, conditions and prospects of employment.
