The Ever Evo Design Bureau (external link), winner of the Rosatom and MEPhI University Technology Accelerator, has developed the design and internal layout of an electric vehicle for cleaning the roadway, sidewalks and courtyards. The model is being created on the Voyt platform (external link), a proprietary project of Rosatom's Composite Division.
Voyt is a universal platform on the basis of which it is possible to produce electric vehicles of classes B and B+: passenger sedans and hatchbacks, minibuses, crossovers, delivery vans, etc. The concept was presented at the Atomexpo exhibition in March 2024. The cleaning car can be used for watering roads and dry cleaning of streets from dirt and dust. The Ever Evo bureau has submitted the first sketches to Rosatom and will begin modeling in the near future.
From December 2023 to December 2024, the Ever Evo team participated in the first cycle of the MEPhI Accelerator, for which they received funding in the amount of 1.7 million rubles. The money was used for business development. There are currently four projects in the Ever Evo portfolio, including design concepts for passenger cars, copters, and ATVs.
Leonid Mokeev, co-founder and head of the Ever Evo design bureau: “At the time of applying to the MEPhI Accelerator, we were the winners of the All-Russian auto design competition. But the team had no practical business experience. Therefore, the most valuable thing we have gained in the program is new knowledge and skills. In particular, the experience of working with potential customers. We realized that creating a startup is a long and painstaking job that cannot be done in one month.”
Information about the Accelerator:
The University Technology Accelerator is a joint project of the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI and the Rosatom State Corporation within the framework of the program "Development of the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI in cooperation with the Rosatom State Corporation until 2030". In 2024, Rosatom invested more than 70 million rubles in it.
funds were invested in technology startups that successfully completed the acceleration cycle. In addition to financing, Rosatom provides program participants with expertise and the opportunity to create joint projects in the future, including piloting solutions at its own sites and production facilities.
Students, postgraduates, employees and graduates of MEPhI who have a ready-made startup idea can participate in the Accelerator. The program was launched in September 2023. The fourth acceleration cycle will start in March 2025.
