10 university projects from 8 regions of the country became winners of the “First Workplace” grant competition from the Sistema Charitable Foundation and the MTS digital ecosystem. MEPhI with the “Career Forum” project is among the winners.

The goal of the “Career Forum” is to inform students of MEPhI about ways to form a career path and career opportunities in partner companies. The forum will include a Career Fair, where students will be able to personally communicate with HR specialists and undergo a quick interview, a Career Showcase, where representatives of partner companies will talk about their work, and an online business game, which allows them to evaluate and develop professional competencies.

The forum event is being prepared by the Career Start Career Club and the Directorate for Career Development and Interaction with Employers of the MEPhI Educational Department. It is expected that more than 2,500 students will take part in the Career Forum.

The “First Job” competition is aimed at finding and supporting the best practices of Career Centers of secondary vocational and higher education organizations. The final defense of the projects took place at the State University of Management, where the 25 best career guidance initiatives were presented by universities from 15 regions of Russia.
