In July 2023, MEPhI was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from HeadHunter, the largest Russian online recruitment company, for “professionalism and a high level of training for students in demand on the labor market.”

HeadHunter analysts analyzed the demand for graduates of Russian universities in the labor market and found that MEPhI graduates receive more invitations to interviews, they are offered higher wages, and they are also more likely to look for work in their specialty.

Earlier, SuperJob, another leader in Russian recruitment, published the results of research, according to which MEPhI took 3rd place among Russian universities in 2023 in terms of salaries of young professionals in the IT industry based on an analysis of the salaries of Russian university graduates who graduated from universities in the period from 2017 to 2022.

It should also be noted that MEPhI ranks 64th in the world (2nd in Russia) in terms of Graduate Employment Rate and is in the TOP 100 (4th in Russia) in terms of Employer-Student Connections of the global QS Graduate Employability Rankings.
