“For three days, we have been listening to universities applying for a special part of the grant. Based on the results of the defenses, the members of the Council for the Support of Development Programs unanimously noted the significant successes of universities over the year. Most of the universities were pleasantly surprised, but there were some lagging behind. Priority 2030 participants have assumed the responsibility to become drivers of the development of the economy of our country and individual regions, to be on the frontier of science and higher education. And we expect universities to constantly move forward,” said Valery Falkov, head of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.

The base part of the grant in the amount of 100 million rubles under the Priority 2030 program in 2022 was received by 106 Russian universities.
