On October 4, 2022, the traditional Donor Day was held for the 19th time at the MEPhI student office. The event was held by the university together with the National Fund for Health Development and the Blood Center of the Federal Biomedical Agency of Russia.

The action was attended by students and staff of the university - both those who donate blood regularly, and those who came to do a good deed for the first time. 76 people became donors, but there were more people who wanted to take part in the action - 114 applications were filled in total, however, doctors did not manage to accept all of them.

Volunteers prepared a quiz for the participants of the action, a lottery of wishes for the day and treats to support the strength of donors. The students also wrote kind words and wishes for patients of Moscow hospitals and sent them through donor mail.

We thank everyone who did a good deed and invite all students and staff of the university to take part in the next Donor Day, which will be held on December 13th.
