MEPhI entered the leading group of the Premier League in the 2022 University Performance Monitoring Ranking prepared by the National Foundation for Innovation in Education

The ranking is based on data from the annual monitoring of the activities of educational institutions of higher education, which is carried out by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. In total, 1184 educational organizations participated in the ranking - 675 head offices and 509 branches.

In the ranking, universities are divided into 5 leagues: Premier League, League 1, League 2, League 3, League 4. At the same time, universities were evaluated according to 6 indicators that take into account educational, research, international, financial and economic activities, wages and additional indicator.

MEPhI entered the leading group of the Premier League. This group with the maximum score (30 points), in addition to MEPhI, included 7 more universities, including Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Innopolis University, Tyumen State University.
