On June, 29 students of MEPhI were provided with a unique possibility to visit largest in the world company in areas of NPPs constructions – engineering company «Atomstroyexport» to learn, how to become a member of professional team at leading enterprise of atomic industry.
Atomstroyexport is industrial partner of MEPhI higher engineering school, new structural unit at university, created for training of elite specialists in framework of digital transformation of Russia. Master's educational program on this prospective direction was presented to young people last week in course of general meeting for bachelors. Interest to training there turned out to be high - having world recognition at technological and management levels, stable position and prospects on market (long-term contracts, 80% with foreign objects), engineering company «Atomstroyexport» is an attractive employer for future engineers. The program of the day included presentation of representatives and key specialists of the holding, dialogue with young employees, excursions to units of the company.
MEPhI students listened to head of the management of labour resources and staff selection A. E. Chegodaev, advisor president of the company V. M. Agapkin, head of the management methodology of projects A. A. Zyablov, head of division of block system engineering and IT A. S. Sankov(by the way, graduate of MEPhI). They spoke in detail about company and its prospects, the spectrum of competencies, which students will receive in process of training. «Our company moves in the direction of transition to smart digital corporation and has a big reserve for further development of digital production-technological platform of management of life cycle of complex engineering objects and products мulti-d. So, training at MEPhI higher engineering school will be combined with a unique opportunity to participate in creation of next generation of Russian industrial-technological digital platform. Educational preparation program «Engineers of future» was explained by head of competitiveness enhancement directorate at MEPhI M. G. Ganchenkova. Training will be based on new modern principle, each student will have its own set of disciplines and common courses. There are following directions of training: «software engineering», program «digital technology at complex engineering objects», «system analysis and management», program «system engineering of complex technological systems», «nuclear physics and technology», program «digital platform and management of life cycle in atomic energy».
Program of higher engineering school of MEPhI is engineering preparation with focus on management configuration of complex engineering objects, having following features: system engineering complex systems, digital platform; system automated design; standardization and methodological supply of processes at design complex engineering objects; application practices and approaches of system engineering at design information systems; basics of professional communication in foreign language.
«Practice plays very important role in training process,» said A. E. Chegodaev. That tool, which may actually adapt to its future specialty and can provide for a new workplace.» As he noted, from almost 16 thousand employees group companies 41% is youth to 35 years.
Then yesterday's graduates of universities, who quite recently started work in company, but already reached notable career success, gave a speech. Andrey Dadonov as an expert narrated about his subdivision, prospective projects of the staff. He shared secrets of career growth and gave tips for future graduates. Engineer at technological division Anna Karpesh shared experience of participation in tournament play of young professionals at state corporation «Rosatom», after victory in which she at once received proposal about work in engineering company «Atomstroyexport». Students could get acquainted with technical and technological opportunities of «Atomstroyexport» in course of interesting excursions to units of organization.
