The co-ordinator of ATLAS CERN team data preparation and physics activities Professor Daniel Froidevaux will read a popular lecture on physics at the Large Hadron Collider for students of MEPhI.
Theme of lecture: “Physics at the LHC: a historical and pedagogical perspective on how this is done and an overview of the role of theory and experiment”.
Lectures will be delivered in Russian.
