Description

The Organizing Committee invites students, graduate students and young researchers, scientists, engineers, industry professionals and university lecturers to participate in the work of the 17th International School-Conference "NEW MATERIALS: ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES". 2019 will be the 150th anniversary of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements and has therefore been proclaimed the “International Year of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements (IYPT2019)” by the United Nations General Assembly and UNESCO. A school-conference is held as part of this event.

Meeting program traditionally includes lectures-reports of leading domestic and foreign scientists, as well as poster presentations of listeners.
A feature of the School-Conference is a 2-day practice in modern laboratories of MEPhI, NUST MISiS, NRC “Kurchatov Institute”. Only citizens of the Russian Federation are allowed to practice in the NRNU MEPhI and NRC “Kurchatov Institute”.

The school-conference is held by financial support of from the Competitiveness Enhancement Program of MEPhI.

Participation is free.

Nonresident students are accommodated in the guest area and the hostel of MEPhI.
