Description

On Wednesday a lecture will be given by the head of the project "Academic readings of MEPhI", a well-known expert in the world scientific community on ethnopolitics, social anthropology, history and conflictology, academician Valery Alexandrovich Tishkov.

During the lecture on "Demography of Russia" Valery Alexandrovich will talk about changes in the composition of our country’s population in the XX century, about ways to study the relationship between space and culture, about migration and migrants, as well as about the upcoming census in 2020. We will learn what the image of Russians in 30 years will be, will be able to make a professional opinion about the problem of migration and have a new look at the ethno-cultural diversity of Russia and the world.
