Description

The slogan of the festival “From heart to Heart” is “art to help children”. Participants of the festival will find over 20 different sites where they will acquire new skills free of charge. In return each guest, a participant, a volunteer can make a donation to the Fund. All funds raised will be donated to the charity Fund “Galchonok” (Young daw).
